This is another explosive chapter in 2 Kings! 2 Kings chapter 4 tells the stories of several miracles performed by Elisha, the prophet who succeeded Elijah.  Elisha helps a widow pay off her debts by multiplying her oil,  provides a childless woman with a son, makes a poisonous stew safe to eat, and he multiplies a small amount of food. The chapter highlights Elisha's compassion and his ability to perform miracles through the power of God, demonstrating that God cares for the needs of His people and can work through His chosen messengers to perform great things. After Elijah's departure, Elisha performs a miracle, and  is then acknowledged as a prophet. There is one and only one thing that is positive about this life we live. LOVE. We have all been blessed with the capability to love. I give God all the glory and the praise for that blessing. Here we learn about Solomon's riches, his wisdom, and how his downfall began.  None of us are as wise as Solomon was and even he made mistakes when it came to our Father God.
