Each anthology-style season is filled with new lessons, perspectives, conversations, and challenges that will reframe how you approach your mental health. You are a wellness Warrior and we are here to help you strengthen your muscles every step of the way! All episodes are perfect for those with active, busy lives because they are always 10 minutes or less. Whether you are on the go, moving around your home, or relaxing, this podcast is for you! Warriors, Did you know that the humming part of hummingbird comes from the sound created when they flap their wings quickly?  But that's not all the sounds they make. Think about all the sounds you make and all the sounds you hear throughout the day. Sounds can make us laugh, calm our minds, make us angry, or make us dance. Warriors, it's already April! Can you believe it? This year is already flying by. We're entering month 4 of our Hummingbird journey.Hummingbirds are tetrachromatic while humans are only trichromatic which means that hummingbirds can see a much broader color spectrum than humans can.This month we're asking ourselves, am I seeing the world through a trichromatic lens or a tetrachromatic lens?    In other words, are you seeing the world based solely on your own insights, knowledge, and experiences? Or, are you honoring the wisdom, ideas, and opinions that come to you from others? This month is all about tapping into your own tetrachromacy, whatever that means to you. Welcome back Warriors, I want to commend you for how hard you've worked this year! You have really made a difference for the Well-Beings and you should be proud of yourselves. With that being said, you have one final mission of 2022 and I know you're going to rock it!The Well-Beings have a habit of saying yes when they should say no. This ultimately leads to them depleting themselves trying to help a friend when they really don't have the time or resources which inevitability causes resentment and eventually the relationship can crumble. The battle may be won but the war isn't over. It is time to take your training to the next level.  The Evil Stressors of Cortisolo have strong roots. Their resilience comes from their secrecy and hiding behind the feelings of shame and taboo.
