As a man now in long term recovery, Marc Effron came up in the world with a strong work ethic and it served him well. Kimberly had to walk away from the hospitality industry to save her own life. She did what she had to do to find a better life including yoga, breath work, meditation, and a pile of other stuff. Today she lives in a treehouse on the cost and is living a life she didn't think possible and it all stemmed from the choice to risk it all, for recovery. Sandra started her nursing career in an Emergency Room. As time went on Sandra started experiencing the effects of PTSD but was to ashamed to reach out for help.
