THE CHARLIE SIFFORD SCHOLARS  We talk with the first recipients of the Charle Sifford Scholarships... Charlie Sifford Scholarship FundCharlie Sifford was the first Black player on the PGA TOUR. He secured his first PGA victory in 1967 at the Greater Hartford Open in Connecticut at Wethersfield Country Club. To honor him, a scholarship has been created to help fund college costs for students who attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), or for students focusing their education on a golf management program. GET RICH AND DIE GOLFING | GOLF4BOS We are talking with Brian King & Irving Fryar NFL about Golf 4 BOS; it was founded in 2021 by Brian King in honor of his son, August. August was diagnosed with Bohring-Opitz Syndrome (BOS) in October of 2020 after spending six long months in the NICU at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Brian is an avid golfer, and he knew his love for golf would be the perfect way for him to bring awareness and support to a syndrome with such little recognition.  To add an extra layer of excitement to the tournament, he thought it would be a great idea to connect his golfers with some of their favorite sports and entertainment personalities, and thus Golf 4 BOS was Born.
