This is a very vulnerable one as I unpack my latest risk in life: Publishing a Book. It's not easy putting yourself out there in any form (podcasting, social media, art, writing, starting a business, etc.) so when you are met with a less than enthusiastic welcome it can send you into a tailspin (especially as an ADHDer with RSD). This is a tale of just that. It's not meant to shame anyone who didn't give me spectacular feedback or who sent in feedback at all, it's simply a telling of my mental health journey through the process of taking a BIG risk. I hope you enjoy this episode and that it gives you a little insight into an aspect of putting yourself out there that people don't always genuinely talk about until they are super successful. But also, I hope that you leave wanting to support those around you a little more as we all journey through this life. New episodes every Tuesday and Friday!Follow the podcast on Instagram: @thenbdlifeIf you enjoyed this episode share it with a friend and leave a review!Grab a copy of my novel: Forever LondonNeed to create a better morning routine?
