Not only is he an expert who shares his knowledge on his podcast but he is also actively involved in building training programs leveraged all across the country. Brad joins us today to share his knowledge and experience in the industry. Specifically, we’re talking about the important role that training plays in building a great team. He shares some of the practical ways he has leveraged training in the field and in the office -- and how to make the most of an employee’s first 90 days on the job.

As co-founders, they are committed to telling the stories of women working in traditionally male-dominated industries. Natasha joins us today to discuss the changing landscape for women in construction. Some of the frontrunners that are making their voices heard and potential ways that women can help overcome challenges the industry faces today in light of labor shortages.

When creating solutions for people doing hands-on work - there is only one approach - to get hands-on yourself.

He's the brains behind the only FAA-approved autonomous drones. His technology is being leveraged today in agriculture, defense -- and construction. Reese joins us today to talk about how the drone technology he and his team have developed is leveraged in the construction and aggregates industry. We'll also discuss his thoughts on where automation currently stands in the industry.

He's worked for several large companies and worked his way up from his start in the industry as a general laborer to his position today as a GM. Jason joins us today to talk about one of the topics on everyone's mind - labor shortages. He's seen this challenge first-hand and is able to give his views on what it will take to draw new talent into the industry - including leveraging newer technology.

If you have recently launched GPS tracking or are considering it for 2022 this is a great episode to learn from someone who has successfully gotten his team on board.
