Today’s Topic is…the new normal for COVID-19 and the future of work.  There are reports that in the employment population that during the pandemic, employees had time like never before to really think about what they like doing and do not like doing about work; and they have started making decisions about their futures.  There is an excellent article in Forbes about this entitled, “Prepare For The Great Covid Job Churn—Why 2021 Will Be A Year Of Massive Job Turnover.”  It discusses a predicted turnover exodus of employee either because they do longer like where they are and what they are doing, or because they have decided that they liked working from home.  #HumanResources DISCLAIMER: HR Elements uses reasonable efforts to include accurate, complete, and current information in its podcasts.
