We have a Doctor in the house! In 2015, Big Finish announced a series of brand new audio adventures for the Third Doctor. Seasoned actor Tim Treloar was given the task of recreating, in his own way, the monumental performance of Jon Pertwee who, for a generation of fans will forever be the Doctor. Needless to say, Tim's portrayal was an instant success, perfectly evoking the wonder of one of Doctor Who's most treasured 'eras',  and the Third Doctor's adventures in audio continue to delight fans both old and new worldwide. We caught up with Tim for a long chat about how he came to the role and how he rose to the challenge of being the Doctor. We find out from him what it's been like working with Katy Manning as Jo Grant, Sadie Miller as Sarah-Jane Smith and Daisy Ashford as Liz Shaw. We also tried to get an insight into what might lay in store for the future of the range... How successful we were in this ... well ... you'll have to listen to find out. Here are the highlights:we learn which Doctor championed him for for the roleworking with 'sunshine in human form' (Katy Manning)becoming the Third Doctorgoing to conventionsbeing Robert Downey Jr's voice coachbuilding a career as a working actorcreating your own workbeing 'sunemployed'!Of course there's more - much, much more! So tune into one of the most delightful and outrageous interviews from a Doctor you're ever likely to hear!Support the show Subscribe to Who Corner to Corner on your podcast app to make sure you don't miss an episode!
