In today’s episode we have Judith Wong.Judith along with her husband William have been in the real estate industry in some shape or form throughout their careers. Judith’s work has been concentrated in the high-rise division. She has worked forseveral developers: Daniels Group, Monarch, Graywood, Cresford and Lanterra in various roles including Project Accountant, Sales Manager, Suite Customizations, Estimator, and Project Manager. Some of the most impressive condominiums Judith was involved in building or renovating are Governor’s Hill, Hunt Club, Palace Place, and Kensington.Her husband William, who  was not on the show this time, has immense experience in the world of construction. William is an architect who has had experience managing large construction sites in ICI (Industrial, Commercial and Institutional). He has worked for Ellis Don Construction, Dalton Engineering and Steelcore Construction.Together, Judith and William have an eye for choosing properties with great potential. Designing and building subdivisions, hi-rise towers, smart centres, malls, office towers, and warehouses is what they do. Currently, they own three properties: their principal residence, one duplex and one triplex all of which are in Toronto. They converted their single family dwelling into a legal duplex and completely gutted and renovated our purposely built triplex. Their property portfolio values at $6M while bringing in $148,000.00 per annum in rent.
