When was the last time you held your ground against your doubt demons? In this episode, I share the conversation I had with Christopher Rausch on his podcast, Raw and Unscripted, about building an unstoppable mindset, letting go of the old narratives that hold us back, and learning to confront the doubt demons that keep telling us we can't do what we want to do.Throughout our conversation, we discussed the brain's natural resistance to change, the importance of resilience and emotional awareness in every growth process, and the magical results of acknowledging and overcoming victimhood. When was the last time you dared to change? In this episode, I'm talking about the dance partner most entrepreneurs know well yet resist dancing with; I'm talking about change. The tricky part of dealing with change is that intellectually, we know change is necessary and a promoter of growth by excellence. Still, change is also a door to the unknown, to uncertainty, and we are genetically programmed to distrust what's new, avoid it at all costs, and stick to the comforting tranquility of the predictable familiar spaces. Luckily, we can hack our own system and not only embrace change but learn to dance with it and get really comfortable with its presence. Throughout this episode, you'll learn how embracing change and getting comfortable with it can transform your career and your business, how you can help yourself embrace it more easily, how to deal with the old narratives that keep you immobilized, the crucial role of your support network in embracing change, and more. Tune in to episode 129 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn how to get comfortable dancing with change, getting used to its presence, and making the best of it.In This Episode, You Will Learn:Why do most of us resist change? It is about understanding that "hard" never goes away; we just get better at dealing with it. Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the transformative power of embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and how that mindset will help you build resilience and accelerate personal growth. What does your next version look like? How is she turning the world into a better place? In this episode, I'm talking about using the significance of Women's History Month as an inspiration for our entrepreneurial journey. As entrepreneurs, we are constantly working on the next version of our business and ourselves, and unfortunately, struggling with not-enoughness at some point is kind of inevitable. Still, just as historical icons like Marie Curie, Rosa Parks, Coco Channel, or Sara Blakely have done, we can turn dreams into reality by building our path on three pillars: vision, resilience, and an unwavering belief in ourselves. Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the dynamics of female entrepreneurship and why community, mentorship, and collaboration are crucial to overcoming obstacles and achieving success. Do you feel controlled or in control of your emotional responses? In this episode, I'm talking about emotional agility and why this skill is crucial to navigating the emotional rollercoaster of entrepreneurship. The life of an entrepreneur oscillates between thrilling and terrifying without previous notice and sometimes without anything in the middle. Things can go from almost perfect to chaotic in minutes, and being aware of that isn't enough; we must also prepare ourselves mentally and spiritually. By incorporating and practicing emotional agility, we gain an advantage over the critical situations threatening our sanity, inner peace, and business. Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the importance of incorporating emotional agility into your toolbox and how this skill can help you be in charge of your emotional responses. What first thought comes to mind whenever you feel stuck in your entrepreneurial journey? In this episode, I'm talking about a feeling most entrepreneurs experience at least once (or dozens of times): the overwhelming sensation of being stagnant or stuck. To our brains, what is known and familiar is safe, so as long as things are constant and predictable, no alarms are set off. Yet, in entrepreneurial terms, when sales remain steady, it doesn't mean safety; it means the company is not growing. That is why every time we start thinking about entering unknown places, like new marketing strategies, adding new products, or creating new courses, our brains freak out and use their best arguments to convince us that it is too risky, that we might lose everything if we fail, or that we are not "that" good anyway to aspire for exponential growth. Throughout this episode, I invite you to join me as I explore the science behind why we feel overwhelmed and stuck and what we can do to navigate that feeling. I also share three simple yet powerful tips that'll help you transform your response to fear and uncertainty, manage stress and anxiety through self-awareness, and more.Tune in to episode 124 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn how to train your brain to get comfortable in the uncomfortable terrain of the unknown. In This Episode, You Will Learn:About the science behind the overwhelming sensation of feeling stuck (1:10)How increasing your adaptability can help (4:00)Three tips to transform your response to fear and uncertainty (5:50)How an external observer can help you transform your business (11:20)Let's Connect!WebsiteFacebookInstagramYouTube5 Keys To Breaking the $10K Code Free TrainingWellness Entrepreneur Mastermind Hosted on Acast. How often do you say "yes" when every cell inside you yells "NO"? In this episode, I'm talking about the mindset change necessary to get out of people-pleasing cycles and start choosing ourselves more often. As women, we are conditioned to become selfless caregivers who put everyone else's interests before our own, ensuring everyone has what they need when needed. These unhealthy societal norms, if reproduced, generate chronic people-pleasing, which develops into low self-esteem, burnout, and poor physical and mental health. But here is where it gets tricky: as entrepreneurs whose business is being at the service of our audience's needs and expectations, how can we find the balance between being at service without becoming a hostage of it? Throughout this episode, you'll learn practical tips and quick exercises you can add to your routine to avoid falling into a people-pleasing cycle. You'll hear about people-pleasing negative impact, the high cost you pay for saying "yes" too often, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries.  Additionally, we'll discuss the ultimate self-care commitment, why putting other people's needs before our own erodes our self-worth, the importance of self-compassion, and much more.Tune in to episode 123 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and discover how prioritizing yourself is the first step to becoming an unstoppable entrepreneur. In This Episode, You Will Learn:How to ensure you care for yourself as much as you care for others (3:20)People-pleasing makes us terrible role models for our kids (7:40)Yay! Is your business compatible with your financial goals for 2024?In this episode, I'm talking about designing and strategizing your financial goals for this year. As women, we grow up developing a dysfunctional relationship with money; we are socialized to accept being paid less than men, that we are not supposed to want money, and that we are not good with it. Still, if we actively work on our mindset, we can pulverize those beliefs. Achieving our financial goals is entirely doable if we align them with our business' capabilities, offerings, and products and set ourselves up for success, mindset-wise. Throughout this episode, full of practical tips, you'll learn to get your business and financial goals for 2024 on the same page. You'll learn to make your financial goals comfortable in your head, identify the real reason behind your ambition, and understand the importance of changing your relationship with money. What do you do when anxiety gets you to a point where your logical thinking leaves the room? In this episode, I'm talking about what we can do in those moments when anxiety takes over and paralyzes us. Being an entrepreneur is, in many ways, anticipating what might go wrong and having a backup plan. But if we aren't careful enough, we might spend more time worrying about what we'll do if our program doesn't sell instead of making it work. That sort of thing makes us anxious, and we then try to control that anxiety, which leads to an out-of-control, paralyzing, and panic attack inducing anxiety. But before all that happens, many things can be done, and we'll go through them today. Throughout this episode, you'll learn why accepting and understanding the origin of your anxiety is way more effective than trying to fight it. I'll share the first stage of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI), and together, we'll go through a respiratory exercise that'll help you ease and calm your anxiety levels. Tune in to episode 120 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and discover a new way to regulate and calm your nervous system and conquer your anxiety. In This Episode, You Will Learn:Why it is crucial to understand your mind/body connection (2:10)Dealing with anxiety is more about accepting than about controlling (4:00)What is SRI, and how its first stage can help you calm your nervous system (5:10)Awareness is the first step to reconnect with your body. You achieved your financial goals, your business grew even more than expected, and you developed a consistent income stream; now what? In this episode, I'm talking about how to deal with the uncertainty that taking our business to the next level can and will produce us. Some goals take so much effort, energy, and time to achieve that somewhere in the middle of all that battle, we forget to think about what's next. We find ourselves in an unknown, completely different place and don't know what to do or how to do it. Instead of being happy about our achievements, we panic, second-guess our capabilities, and start shoulding ourselves all over as we try to figure out how to navigate this new place we found ourselves in. Throughout this episode, you'll learn to deal with this overwhelming and chaotic feeling of not knowing what to do next once we go through a massive transformation in our business. You'll also hear why being compassionate with yourself is crucial at this point in your entrepreneurial journey, and four practical tips to help you navigate this new and scary phase of your business. Tune in to episode 119 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and know what to do next time you hit a new hallmark in your business. In This Episode, You Will Learn:What happens when we get there? Have you noticed that putting that new offer together, creating a new program, or organizing the next retreat almost every time takes longer than you initially planned? In this episode, I'm talking about our brains' tendency to underestimate the time, energy, work, and effort goals we want to achieve or things we want to create demand. Whether it is because we overlook the complexity of specific tasks or design roadmaps with our heads more on the finish line than the course, we ignore that unforeseen things are likely to happen and delay our original plans, leading to frustration and uncertainty, and we must be ready for that. Planning or being prepared for the unexpected sounds like an oxymoron, but it's kinda what I'm saying. The first step is understanding why our brain underestimates these things and what we can do to avoid these pitfalls. Throughout this episode, you'll learn why our minds seem to ignore the fact that most things aren't built overnight and what you can do to avoid feeling frustrated when things go south or take longer than expected to be completed. I also share five points explaining why our brains underestimate the effort needed for our entrepreneurial ventures, a practical tool to deal with procrastination, and much more. Tune in to episode 118 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn how to avoid getting frustrated when things take longer than planned to be ready. In This Episode, You Will Learn:Why do things usually take longer than expected (1:40)How to avoid feeling a setback is not the end of the world (3:00)Don't believe everything your optimism bias tells you ( 5:00)Our brains are wired to seek pleasure and avoid pain (6:20)Don't let the anticipation of achieving your goals take charge (9:00)A practical tool to stop procrastinating (13:50)Let's Connect!WebsiteFacebookInstagramYouTube5 Keys To Breaking the $10K Code Free TrainingWellness Entrepreneur Mastermind Hosted on Acast. How often do you find yourself obsessing over the smallest details, and regardless of the hundreds of changes and tweaks you make, they never feel perfect? In this episode, I'm talking about perfectionism vs. excellence, the difference between them, how to shift from a perfectionist to an excellence-seeking mindset, and the role fear plays in our sometimes uncontrollable need to pursue perfection. Societal expectations are usually stricter with women (massive shocker!), which generally pushes us to aim for higher standards. Still, although there's nothing wrong with striving for higher standards, the problem begins when those standards are unrealistic. There's a massive difference between excellence and perfection, and aiming for the latter will cause you nothing but headaches, uncertainty, and frustration.Throughout this episode, you'll learn to train your mind to stop seeking perfection and striving for excellence instead, how pursuing perfection can affect you and your business, and the differences between aiming for higher standards and unrealistic ones. You'll also learn how to deal with the fear that paralyzes and tricks you into thinking perfection is the only way, some exciting news about what's coming in 2024, and more.Tune in to episode 117 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn how to train yourself to strive for excellence and stop wasting time seeking perfection. In This Episode, You Will Learn:Perfectionism is a sneaky beast (2:30)How to avoid setting unrealistic standards (4:10)How to shift from a perfectionist to a striving for excellence mindset (8:00)Don't be so harsh on yourself. How often do you commit to doing something beyond your possibilities just to avoid hurting someone else's feelings? In this episode, I'm talking about why you must embrace your self-worth and let go of your people-pleasing identity. Growing up, we are taught never to upset others and to avoid hurting their feelings. Especially women, we are told to be good girls, to care for others, to be nurturing, and to make sure everyone is comfortable. It might seem harmless, but this programming that dictates how we do things is a silent dream killer, especially for entrepreneurs. Why? Simply put, people pleasers feed their confidence with external validation; what decides their value is others' opinion of them, and they tie their worth to whether or not people like them. Throughout this episode, you'll learn why people-pleasing should be eradicated from every entrepreneur's life, how to break out of that cycle, and how to stop committing yourself beyond your possibilities. You'll also learn a simple yet effective technique to boost and enhance your self-worth, the multiple benefits of positive affirmations, and more.Tune in to episode 116 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn how to transform your business in 2024 simply by embracing your true self-worth.In This Episode, You Will Learn:Why we commit to doing what we don't want to do (2:00)2024 is the perfect time to break the people-pleasing cycle (4:00)Positive affirmations reduce stress (5:10)True self-esteem comes from within (9:00)Let's Connect!WebsiteFacebookInstagramYouTube5 Keys To Breaking the $10K Code Free TrainingWellness Entrepreneur Mastermind Hosted on Acast. When was the last time you scheduled a massage, a yoga class, or a relaxing bath with candles and soothing music? In today's episode, the last of 2023, I invite you to join me on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we set the intention and prepare ourselves to make 2024 the year of self-love and self-compassion. Studies show that over 60% of female entrepreneurs experience a deep sense of inadequacy and low self-worth as they grow their businesses. While it is true that experiencing self-doubt is a place every female entrepreneur knows, that doesn't mean we can't do anything to change that sad reality affecting more than half of us. That's why I believe it is crucial we turn those numbers around by making self-love and self-compassion a daily practice. Throughout this episode, you'll learn to incorporate self-love and self-compassion into your daily routine. You'll hear about the power of incorporating morning affirmations, making self-care activities non-negotiable in your schedule, or simply putting time aside for a relaxing bath. You'll also hear about how journaling to reflect on your thoughts and feelings can help, getting in touch with like-minded people to benefit from new perspectives and ideas, and much more. Tune in to episode 115 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and discover how you can make 2024 the year of self-love and self-compassion.In This Episode, You Will Learn:How to ignore what the brain wants and focus on what it needs (1:40)The transformational power of loving and accepting ourselves (2:50)"Find your feet." After we set our goals for the next year, quarter, or month, it's natural to focus on the work to be done: creating marketing strategies and offers or developing new products. Yet that's only a portion of what we should be working on; part of setting our goals is working on our mindset, surrounding ourselves with like-minded people, and revisiting, tweaking, and modifying those goals periodically. Ignoring these other goal-setting steps will make you believe the work is done and results should fall into your lap; that kind of expectation will keep you stuck. Throughout this episode, you'll hear my recommendations to create and maintain expectations that keep you motivated instead of making you fall into victim mode and hold you back, why avoiding comparisons is crucial for your and your business's growth, and 5 tips to work smart, not hard in 2024.Tune in to episode 114 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs and learn what pitfalls to avoid this time of the year and how to set realistic expectations for 2024.In This Episode, You Will Learn:Thinking that "life needs to be fair" leads to victim mode (1:30)Stop shoulding yourself; 80% of succeeding is working on your mindset (4:00)Learn to manage your expectations (8:10)Don't compare your chapter three with someone else's chapter 20 (12:00)Five tips to work smart in 2024 (13:00)Let's Connect!WebsiteFacebookInstagramYouTube5 Keys To Breaking the $10K Code Free TrainingWellness Entrepreneur Mastermind Hosted on Acast.
