Pastor Mark Hallock serves as the Lead Pastor of Calvary Church in Englewood, Colorado. He also serves as President of the Calvary Family of Churches, a family of churches committed to planting and replanting churches for the glory of God (thecalvary.org). He is grateful for 23 years of marriage to his wife, Jenna, and loves being a daddy to their kids, Zoe and Eli. After serving as a church planting strategist with the International Mission Board in Central Asia for 14 years, John worked as the associate pastor of family and children ministries at Miner Baptist Church for five years. He has been serving as the Director of Missions for the Cape Girardeau Baptist Association since March 2013, where he assists churches in the southeast region of Missouri with revitalization efforts, as part of the Missouri Baptist Convention's Resound Network. John has received various training in Church Revitalization and Church Planting, including certification as a Church Revitalization Pathfinder, Transitional Revitalization Pastor, and Trainer. He is also a Coach through Corpus Vitae, trained by the North American Mission Board SEND Missouri as a trainer with the SEND Church Planter Training and SEND Coach Training programs.

Matt Hess has served as a pastor, church planter, church planting catalyst, and Send City Missionary in various locations over the past two decades. At the heart of each role he has played is a deep desire to see people transformed through the saving power of Jesus. Matt’s ministry passion revolves around four primary areas: developing leaders, helping plant multiplying churches, vision casting, and preaching the gospel.
While serving in urban church planting in NYC and then rural church revitalization in Southeast MO, Brandon Moore earned his Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary focused on church revitalization. He transitioned from First Baptist Oak Ridge in January 2020 to serve with the Missouri Baptist Convention as the director of the Resound Network, the revitalization and replanting efforts of Missouri Baptists.

Bob Ingle is the lead pastor of Waypoint Church located in St Charles, MO.  Bob has served as a pastor in Missouri for almost 30 years and has a heart for the local church.  He is the son of a rural pastor and Bob’s lead pastoral beginnings start in a small rural community called Garden City, MO.  He has a heart for pastors, especially those who serve in rural places.  God has used him to lead churches through massive growth, necessary change, and the inevitable conflict that comes with both.   He is also the author of “Church Undivided, Exploring God’s Vision for Unity in 1 Corinthians 8–10”.
On this episode, Warren Colebank interviews Dale Sellers. Dale is the author of “Stalled - Hope and Help for Pastors Who Thought They’d Be There by Now” and serves as the executive director of 95Network, a nonprofit ministry designed to help small to midsized churches through content, conferences, coaching, and consulting. Dale has been in ministry for 40 years and now travels extensively leading 95Network’s one-day conferences.
Jon Sanders has a passion for serving small town and rural pastors all across the nation through podcasting, speaking, and coaching. He is the host of the Small Town Big Church Podcast, a show dedicated to inspiring rural church leaders with the message that “God delights in doing BIG things in small places!” Jon is the author of Rural Church RESCUE: A Call to Restore Healthy Churches to Rural North America. Jon also works as a full-time firefighter/EMT.

On this episode Warren Colebank interviews Andy Addis. Andy is the lead pastor of CrossPoint Church, a rural multisite congregation with multiple locations across the state of Kansas. Andy Addis serves as a trustee for the North American Mission Board and is also the Volunteer North American Mission Board’s Rural Strategist for the Replant Team. Andy is an encouraging voice and ambassador for the rural Church and has been a valuable resource for the Waypoint Rural initiative.
