Enemy of the state was a decent hit. You guys should do that one as well.
They say at the beginning of the episode that usually the better the tagline, the worse the movie I find that the worse the movie, the more enlightening the conversation between the two.
fellas, I want to know what movie has changed your life? this movie certainly changed me in giving me an interest in military aviation and the excitement of intelligent life in the universe which was later somewhat quelled and balanced with 1997s Contact. I was 12, haha oh, totally do Contact.
Oh man, I needed that. Listened to the intro to episode while driving to work. Let's Go!!!
Thanks for the content. Boo on presentation style. "I had ran..." Amanda. "Places I have went..." Tim. Like, you sort of, like know what I mean, right? You can do better. If I were reading you, I bet you would be after the copy editor and your prose might be passable or even pretty good. But you present in your voices, and production values matter. The way you present yourself the way you sound matters and can either buttress or interfere with your points and messages with your style. Right?
This movie is too Cynical for you guys? For a podcast with a pretty cynical title itself, I can only logically assume your hatred of Kevin Costner has clouded your logical reasoning. RIP Fred Thompson
Great podcast, and a cool format, situating movies within news of the day.
