Today we are going to explore the topic of love, sex and connection. It is fascinating because all 3 can exist independently. You can love someone but not enjoy sex with them. You may enjoy sex with them but don’t feel connected on a deeper level. You may love them and feel a deep connection, but sex is a letdown. In an ideal world, you have all 3 in one place with one person. One hears about tantra as the ultimate way to bring those concepts together, but is it? What is tantra? What is tantric sex? What is tantric massage? How can couples meditate together, and does it improve their sex life? Our guest today is Michelle Alva, certified tantra and yoga teacher. Michelle received her degree in Physical Therapy 28 years ago and is also a certified hypnotist and NLP or Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner. To schedule a virtual or in-office consultation with Dr. Bawa: https://www.bawamedical.com/contact/To learn more about Dr. Sex Fairy supplements:https://shop.bawamedical.com/collections/supplements To watch Dr. Sex Fairy in video format: https://www.youtube.com/@drsexfairy To learn more about sexual wellness: https://www.bawamedical.com/sexual-health/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@drsexfairy Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/therealdrsexfairy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/doctorsexfairy
Here are 3 facts you should know: 1) Sex can cause cancer. 2) 8 out of 10 people will contract some form of HPV in their lifetime. 3) According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), HPV is thought to be responsible for more than 90% of anal and cervical cancers, about 70% of vaginal and vulvar cancers, and 60% of penile cancers. Now what?!I am honored to have Dr. Patrick Kenney, Vice Chair of Infectious Diseases at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, as my special guest on this episode. Dr. Kenney brings his extensive knowledge and expertise to shed light on how HPV, commonly transmitted through sexual contact or even sex toys, can lead to cancers including but not limited to throat (oropharyngeal) cancer, cervical cancer,  penile cancer, vaginal cancer,  vulvar cancer and anal cancer. January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month so this is an important discussion to begin the year with. This episode offers an in-depth look at how you can get a sexually transmitted infection like HPV, how it can cause cancer, and the latest in diagnosis and treatment options. We also explore the preventive measures, including vaccination and safe sex practices, to reduce the risk of HPV and HPV-related cancers. To schedule a virtual or in-office consultation with Dr. Bawa: https://www.bawamedical.com/contact/To learn more about Dr. Sex Fairy supplements:https://shop.bawamedical.com/collections/supplements To watch Dr. Sex Fairy in video format: https://www.youtube.com/@drsexfairy To learn more about sexual wellness: https://www.bawamedical.com/sexual-health/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@drsexfairy Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/therealdrsexfairy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/doctorsexfairy

This episode is all about how to save your penis.  We are talking about penis prejuvenation, or preventing penis problems from developing in the first place. The vast majority of men do nothing to preserve sexual function during the early years of life, and even after they develop the initial signs of erectile dysfunction, they are in a state of denial for the first few years, or even decades in many cases. I am a believer in rejuvenation but I often discuss the importance of preservation or prejuvenation, and attacking the problem early so that it doesn't stand a chance. My focus here is on how to preserve peak performance, and optimize your sexual function. To schedule a virtual or in-office consultation with Dr. Bawa: https://www.bawamedical.com/contact/To learn more about Dr. Sex Fairy supplements:https://shop.bawamedical.com/collections/supplements To watch Dr. Sex Fairy in video format: https://www.youtube.com/@drsexfairy To learn more about sexual wellness: https://www.bawamedical.com/sexual-health/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@drsexfairy Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/therealdrsexfairy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/doctorsexfairy
Today we're tackling a topic that's increasingly relevant in the realm of female cosmetic surgery and sexuality: labiaplasty. It has become the most common female genital cosmetic surgery, but did you know there's a non-surgical option gaining ground?Labiaplasty, traditionally a surgical procedure, has been associated with nerve damage, loss of sensation, scarring and infection. That is why I have steadfastly refused to perform surgical labiaplasties in my office. That said, labiaplasty has seen a new dawn with the advent of my non-surgical method called BawaLift, a radiofrequency-based labiaplasty without cutting. It is a revolutionary approach that not only reshapes but rejuvenates the tissue, making it healthier and more resilient. Add platelet-rich fibrin matrix and exosomes to it and you no longer have loose lips sinking ships. However, this is about far more than just aesthetics; it is a functional and therapeutic choice. We are joined by Mallory to discuss her experience with the BawaLift non-surgical labiaplasty, a pelvic floor strengthening treatment called BawaTone, and a topical biostimulator treatment, and the effect they have had on her sex life and self-confidence.To schedule a virtual or in-office consultation with Dr. Bawa: https://www.bawamedical.com/contact/To learn more about Dr. Sex Fairy supplements:https://shop.bawamedical.com/collections/supplements To watch Dr. Sex Fairy in video format: https://www.youtube.com/@drsexfairy To learn more about sexual wellness: https://www.bawamedical.com/sexual-health/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@drsexfairy Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/therealdrsexfairy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/doctorsexfairy

On this episode we are discussing No Nut November and why it is a nutty concept. It is an annual event that occurs every November. Men are told that they cannot ejaculate for 30 days. Since ejaculation is referred to as “busting a nut,” this 30-day period of no ejaculation is called No Nut November. The trend began in 2011 on online forums such as Reddit, and has since exploded. The basic idea behind this is semen retention, and that idea goes back thousands of years. YouTube videos and other social media outlets talk about this originating with Taoism in China but it actually goes back further.Coming back to No Nut November, the perceived benefits of not ejaculating or orgasming include:1. Improved semen quality2. Increased testosterone3. Increased self-confidence4. Increased mental clarity and focus5. Increased energy and/ or physical strength6. Increased self-controlBut are these really the case? Joining me today to discuss this nutty concept are my friends Tiffany and Mia, hosts of the Crazy, Rich Neighbors Podcast. To schedule a virtual or in-office consultation with Dr. Bawa: https://www.bawamedical.com/contact/To learn more about Dr. Sex Fairy supplements:https://shop.bawamedical.com/collections/supplements To watch Dr. Sex Fairy in video format: https://www.youtube.com/@drsexfairy To learn more about sexual wellness: https://www.bawamedical.com/sexual-health/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@drsexfairy Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/therealdrsexfairy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/doctorsexfairy

Women suffer through vaginismus because it gives them the excuse to not have sex which they don't like anyway.
