Have you guys heard of the blue zones?? We've been reading and studying a lot about them recently. Blue zones are areas of the world where a huge percentage of people live to be over 100. Not only that, but they grow old without chronic disease and problems. Scientists have studied these populations and they found 9 common lifestyle habits that each area shares. We're talking all about those 9 principles and how we can adopt them into our own lives. That's our new challenge! Create our own blue zone right where we are. As we prepare for our trip to Sardinia (home to one of the blue zones!) we will be trying our best to embrace that lifestyle so we can live our best lives! We challenge you to join us!Be sure to check out our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook!
