Ed Bedington is Editor of The Morning Advertiser, one of the longest running news publications in the world, providing a voice for the pub trade since 1794. As a wine shop born from a group of independent pubs (previously winners of the Morning Advertiser's Best Wine Pub of the Year), it was a lovely opportunity to catch up with Ed and chat about the pivot we and others made as a result of the lockdown restrictions in 2020, and how it has impacted our business since.
