This week we take a look at the 2006 Amanda Bynes and Channing Tatum soccer film She's the Man and discuss how to not be boxed in to a corner in the context of sport and... life. 
This week it's all about redemption and revenge as we discuss the 1992 Clint Eastwood masterpiece Unforgiven. Rachel and Lauren discuss if revenge is ever the answer, are shocked by the criminal justice system of the 1880's in America and feel bad for kids whose only comfort in their lives were killing a few chickens. Then we are joined by Beverley Elliott who starred as Faith, not Silky, who shares what filming a masterpiece is like, how Clint works and how to meet the ups and downs of the life of an actor with positivity and a sense of adventure. 
This week we are guest-less as we dissect the 1996 teen psycho sexual thriller Fear! We talk about confusing abuse for love, being failed by the system, THE roller coaster scene and the importance of unplugging and going for a walk. 
Go Go Power Rangers! This week it's all about Hero Teams! Rachel shares about her time living in Japan and Lauren yearns for a simpler time when Power Rangers fight scenes where just two stunt performers in monster suits wrestling each other on a set filled with miniatures. Then we are joined by the talented, thoughtful and hilarious  Morgan Taylor Campbell who shares her journey of becoming an actor, how she got the part in Power Rangers and how she brings her amazing artistic gifts to the screen. 
This week Lauren and Rachel enter the grid and talk about all things TRON, our doubts about Elon Musk's plan to colonize Mars and why bangs are the hair of the future. Then we are join by Green Light Cycle Program himself Michael Teigen who shares about his experience on TRON, wearing a costume that cost more than a year's rent and his amazing advice on how you should never give up! 
This week we feature the 2020 Netflix film Coffee and Kareem and discuss the dynamics of the buddy cop relationship, classic fears for children of divorce and why Betty Gilpin is our hero. Then we are joined by actor, singer,  fitness trainer and inspirational human Garfield Wilson. Garfield shares about his time on the set of Coffee and Kareem, his amazing path to becoming and actor and his beautiful philosophy on fitness training and LIFE!
This week it's all about love! We discuss tinder tales, why Heather Graham deserved better from Hollywood and our love of a Tiffany gag! Then actor Brendan Taylor stops by to talk about all kinds of things including his time on the set of Love Guaranteed, a year abroad in France and  a film he made for grade 11 drama class that changed Lauren's life! 
This week it's all about sports! Lauren and Rachel discuss their team sports experience, why women have to play ringette instead of hockey and the Lingerie Football League. Then we are joined by actor, singer and librarian Sarah Hayward who shares about her time on the set of Miracle, the history of the devils cloth (stripes!) and how tennis helps her acting craft. 
This week we're celebrating the magic of Christmas in March, with Chirstmas Movie of the Week parody A Clüsterfüke Christmas written and starring Rachel Dratch and Anna Gasteyer. We talk about Movie of the Week genres, brushes with cult like yoga classes and more! Then we are joined by the funny, intelligent and kind  Kwasi Thomas whose shares about his time on set in Clüsterfünke, making the move to Vancouver from Montreal, stand up comedy and the importance of kindness and gratitude!
This week we discuss the roots of our early internet screen names (Disco Box and Day Angel), what happened to dolly the sheep and if social media is the new cloning. Then actor, comedian and UBCP president Ellie Harvey joins us to talk about her time as Rosie on the set of The Sixth Day, how doing stand up  helped her as an actor and of course: Arnie!
This week we discuss immortality, Rachel and Lauren's university memories, inter generational and familial dating! Then we are joined by comedian, producer and writer Jackie Hoffart who was the VFX on set assistant for The Age of Adaline.
In our innaugural episode we discuss blue boobs, the fading rave scene of the 2000's, Lauren's career in seafaring tourism and more! Then we are joined by actor, improvisor and computer science/physics major Brain Anderson, who tells us of his time on the set of X-2 posing as a professional mime!
