Kelvin Kam is a rare find when it comes to success and the ever steady desire to disrupt the status quo. He’s someone who’s able to see the world through a uniquely different lens. And, as a matter of fact, it resonated so much with me that I’ve recently joined him on his decades-long journey in real estate. What you’ll hear from this episode, which happens to be his second contribution to the BTR TMRW podcast, is his take on the market, as it stands today. But what I’m really hoping you’ll take from this conversation is his ability to monetize a dream he had 20 years ago. This was my conversation with Kelvin Kam, the founder of Sequoia Real Estate.
Arelis Rodriguez knows the city of Huntsville like the back of her hand. Of Puerto Rican descent, and raised in Atlanta, she’s found what she considers home in northern Alabama. It’s been over eight years at this point, and I tell you what, she’s not looking back. Coincidentally, Arelis is also a real estate agent… a property manager… and an investment specialist, for Valley Homes Realty and Property management, which makes her the perfect partner as we take our BTR TMRW team on the road to Huntsville, Alabama. Throughout the conversation, you’ll get a sense for the soul of Huntsville. You’ll come to understand why it’s such a great place to invest in real estate. And, I’m sure you’ll resonate with why we chose Arelis as our exclusive partner, despite the many agents we could’ve built this partnership with, in the state of Alabama. This was my conversation with Arelis Rodriguez on building wealth in Huntsville, Alabama.

She's charismatic and bold. Engaging and generously empathetic in so many ways. Just listen to her speak and you'll quickly realize a few things... She will always, and forever, be a native daughter of Puerto Rico. And she's never gonna stop fighting for the people she loves so much. This episode is a glimpse into the mind of the brilliant Michelle Bonkosky. And though it only scratches the surface, it's worth every minute. We hope you listen.  And learn. And that you continue to seek all the knowledge required to succeed in your own journey home (wherever that happens to be).If you're new to this podcast, welcome home!
This episode is for those who might not think that their story is significant enough to share. It's an inspiring example of becoming a better version of yourself each day, while fighting off the naysayers and focusing on what's best for those around you.Through this episode I'd like to introduce you to someone I was introduced to earlier this year. Someone I haven't actually spent that much time with, but for some reason, feel as if I've known forever. He's incredibly funny as the.hard.hat.agent on Instagram and equally thoughtful as an elite realtor and family man. This is an episode for the underdog and those who've been told that they're just not good enough. It's a testament to the fact that they're isn't just one path in life, but rather an endless array of possibilities. And, that it's just a matter of taking the time to walk that very introspective, sometimes spiritual journey of self-discovery. We all have to go through this experience at one point or another, and it honestly changes everything. With this episode I'd like to introduce you to a friend who I've known since elementary school. He's the epitome of thoughtfulness and optimism, and he's a prime example of what "becoming" truly means. Introducing Professor Phil Tran from the College of San Mateo.--If you're new to this podcast, welcome home!
Today's episode is shared on behalf of all of you who've been working on a dream, and chipping away at that dream... one bit at a time.If we're being honest with ourselves, it's really that type of mentality that breeds success in life, no matter what it is we're chasing. And, truth be told, it's no easy task to continually commit ourselves to the cause. To go out there in the world, and to consistently fight to improve ourselves, day after day. With this episode I'd like to introduce you to someone I admire so much for fighting that fight. For learning each day, and for never letting success out of his sight. Introducing my friend Kelvin Kam, the Founder of Sequoia Real Estate.--If you're new to this podcast, welcome home! Today's episode is shared in honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage month.  This time around, we're paying homage to the Vietnamese experience.Through the stories of everyday folks, like you and I, we're aiming to educate our communities on what it truly means to be an Asian immigrant to the United States. And, through the voices of people like Elsa Nguyen, we're able to articulate the reality of things in the most practical, most authentic manner. Elsa's narrative is beautiful. Her optimism is contagious. And, we're hoping you'll listen and share with those you care about.--If you're new to this podcast, welcome home! This episode revolves around a moment I honestly wish had never happened. Because that moment, in and of itself, was just the beginning of an incredibly difficult journey for a family I care very much about. But as you'll eventually realize, it’s actually a moment to be grateful for -- because of what it’s done for the soul, how it's helped find lasting peace, and how it's led to such a beautiful personal transformation.I’d like to introduce you to a long-time friend of mine, Andrew Dae Lee. And, I'd like to share with you his journey towards becoming ready to "just be" and to allow himself to truly experience everything life has to offer. I find it to be both introspective and inspirational, and I'm certain you'll feel the same.--If you're new to this podcast, welcome home! This episode is a testament to the road less traveled. It's about taking an unconventional path toward both personal and professional success... and never looking back. And, it's a coming of age story that couldn't be more relevant in today's modern world. This is a story about a girl from the Midwest, and her relationship with the Lake of the Ozarks.  Introducing the incredibly inspirational Jen Collins.--If you're new to this podcast, welcome home! This second episode is about resilience, and courage. And the ability to decide between staying with something good, or leaving to pursue the chance of something better. It's a monumental decision that's fascinated me over the years, and I'm fairly certain it'll be eye-opening for you as well. This is a story about a local kid from Kauai. And, I'd like to introduce you to Justin Wong.--If you're new to this podcast, welcome home! This is the first episode of the season. It's about Authenticity. Imperfection. And, our innate ability as human beings to be optimistic -- in the face of uncertainty and  doubt. And, in many ways, it sets the tone for each and every episode to come. This very first conversation means a lot me because it's the personification of years of introspective thinking, incredibly hard work, and lasting friendship. And, by the end of this episode, I promise that everything you've ever pondered about in life will be, well... Clear as Mudd. I think you'll really enjoy my first guest. I'd like to introduce you to Danny Mai.--Connect with me on LinkedIn, or on our website bayhaus/creative.Be good, my friends.
