Ethan Shafer is a recent University of Oregon graduate and is entering their career as a city planner. They share about their first major promotion and what motivates them moving forward. He explains his enthusiasm for giving back, and what he is looking to in the future. 
In this episode Riley and Angie dive into being a CFO and a mother, balancing acts, and enjoying a companies core values. Angie talks about finding a company that really acts out their core values, and how she approaches womanhood in her life.

Max Cannella is currently pursuing his masters of science in applied physics, specializing in optical materials and devices at University of Oregon. Max is also an incredibly talented jazz pianist.He shares his exploration of careers and how he has found himself in his current position.  Max talks about the decision to pursue a masters degree and how he wants to utilize it moving forward. 
Mackenzie Cook is a University of Nebraska student, and internal employee at Avenica! Mackenzie is exploring journalism, marketing, and graphic design. She is looking to her senior year and deciding where her path will take her in the lead up to the “real world.” 
Megan Weinman is a recent University of Oregon graduate pursuing her passions in her career. Having a positive impact is one of the top motives as she is in the midst of applying for jobs. Defining her core values and goals has been a key part of finding the companies she wants to work with.

Madisyn Miller is a Washington State Graduate student, pursuing her teaching degree. After gaining experience in several marketing jobs Madisyn has decided to follow her passion for making a positive impact through education.  
Dylan Truong is a recent University of Oregon graduate, who is following his passion into the workforce. Dylan got his current position from a resume that he had submitted a year ago! It wasn’t the traditional experience professional development had prepared him for, but in this episode, he reflects on what could be better about the hiring process from the perspective of someone new to the scene.
