This film is one of the duo's absolute favourites and, so, is well worth a listen.Steve then scarpers (the work-shy fop) and leaves Glenn on his own in the studio to deliver a brilliant piece on the myth and legend of Dracula, which originated from a discussion the team had earlier in the week. Thanks for listening.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. In this episode, Steve tries and fails to converse with Glenn in German, but that is soon forgotten as the lads get down to discussing a real gem, Michael Mann's 1995 classic Heat, starring Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro and Val Kilmer. If that wasn't enough, they then muster the energy to talk about the fine actor Michael Keaton, concentrating  on and comparing his roles in Beetlejuice (1988) and Batman (1989). The boys both think Keaton is the finest on-screen Batman, so whether you agree or disagree drop them an email and let them know. In this episode the guys have an important announcement to make. They then go on to discuss Linda Hamilton's brilliant portrayal of Sarah Conner from Terminator 1 and 2. Glenn has an inspired rant about vomit in movies (it will make more sense when you listen, I promise). The guys then finish with a discussion of the peerless British film: Hot Fuzz.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. First off, in this episode the guys talk about the legendary actor John Goodman, focusing on his mesmeric performances in The Big Lebowski and Barton Fink. Then Glenn has a rant about criticism of the special effects in 80s films.  Finally, the boys decide its time to nut up or shut up and discuss in length the brilliant Zombieland.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. In this episode Glenn and Steve begin by discussing the titular character from The Truman Show. Both of the guys love this film and greatly admire Jim Carey's outstanding performance in the role of Truman Burbank. You won't want to miss Glenn letting off some steam when getting in to another brilliant rant. This one is about cheese, the movie-line variety that is, and it is a corker. Finally, the lads break down the timeless classic: Beverly Hills Cop.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. In this episode Glenn confesses his love of Bottom (no, the 90s British TV series, you dirty-minded devils!), which is interesting as Glenn and Steve have often been compared to the characters of Eddie and Richie from the show. Glenn's rant this week is about novels that are adapted to film and to finish, the guys discuss Adam Sandler's titular character from the 1996 film Happy Gilmore. The only problem is, Glenn can't hold it together when they mention the ending of the film.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. In this episode Glenn and Steve go back in time to discuss the iconic 80s film Back to the Future, one of their all-time favourites. Glenn has a rant about comedy films not getting the artistic recognition they deserve. They then finish with a discussion on the hilarious character Leslie Chow, from the Hangover Trilogy. This causes Steve to confuse an international film star with a celebrated TV chef and Glenn to start speaking Italian.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. In this episode, the guys discuss taking risks in comedy.  However, Steve can't remember Megan Mullally's name or the difference between EST or ESP, as they romp through discussions on the brilliant TV show Parks and Recreation and Ghostbuster's Peter Venkman. Glenn, also, has a rant about Bruce Lee's final film: Game of Death. We are pleased that the podcast has been well received, with more downloads than we expected and we are starting to build a decent following.  Thank you for your support.Remember, if you have any comments or questions about the show or any suggestions for topics to discuss, you can reach us at:shaved-monkey@outlook.comDon't forget to follow us at: shaved-monkey.com, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show. In this weeks episode, Glenn and Steve discuss how they create characters for their own scripts, which leads into a conversation about the ridiculous and inane character of White Goodman from the film Dodgeball.   Glenn goes off on one about films that have been cut when they are released on DVD or Blu-ray and the guys finish with a chat about the iconic film Rocky, which was released in 1976.  I know, I can't believe it either. You can let us know what you think of this episode at: shaved-monkey@outlook.com.Or you can follow us at shaved-monkey.com, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.Next episode due: 10th May. Don't forget to subscribe, follow, like or provide feedback about the podcast wherever you tune in.We would love to hear your feedback about the show.
