In this episode, our host Nour Hassan speaks to Dina El Mofty.Dina is the founder of Injaz Egypt, an organization which has a strong educational focus on entrepreneurship as well as work readiness and is part of the Junior Achievement Worldwide network. Injaz works in partnership with schools and universities across Egypt, and has helped impact more than half a million young people. The organization also has a strong focus on supporting young entrepreneurs through its startup incubator and helps them launch and accelerate their businesses. Injaz has seed funded and supported over 50 successful startup businesses over the past five years. Dina has recently founded Inspo, a company focused on delivering leading global programs on personal and professional development in Egypt and the Middle East. She is also actively involved with the American Chamber of Commerce as the Co-Chair of the Women in Business Committee, and is a Member of the U.S.-Egypt Business Council. Dina was nominated as one of the world’s most influential young Arabs under 40 by Arabian Business for 2016 and olds a graduate degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree from the American University in Cairo. In this episode, our host Nour Hassan speaks to Abdellatif 'Tino' Waked, Senior Director Regional General Manager of Uber.He is part of the team that launched Uber in Cairo in 2014 and built it to become the fastest-growing city for Uber in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. In this episode, our host Nour Hassan speaks to CEO and founder of BeFit 360 Aly Mazhar. Starting in 2013, BeFit began as a functional training session on a gym rooftop, which grew into the leading and fastest growing fitness entity in the Egyptian market. BeFit progressed from a functional training brand to full gym services, fitness camps and retreats, seasonal locations, nutrition programs, and physiotherapy services. It has since opened 12+ locations with a team of more than 75 coaches and trains over 40,000 people.  Aly Mazhar grew as an inspiring public figure in the country to the Egyptian youth. In 2016 he was chosen as Endeavor Entrepreneur and in 2021 won the first Egypt’s Entrepreneur Award in the "Sports & Fitness" category. He has been chosen as part of a nationwide anti-drug campaign by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and has become an advocate for integrating a healthy lifestyle within our communities.
