I'm  a Neurotypical Mama raising a Neurodivergent Child. I'm a single, co-parenting, FT working Mama navigating  motherhood with my awesome son, Logan. 

My son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at almost 3 years old. My world completely changed when this miracle entered my life. There were some pretty dark moments. Post-diagnosis, my world changed even more so but for the better.  And through it all I was able fight my way back to my passions and reclaim my purpose, The journey through motherhood has definitely changed me forever, and I will never be the same again. THANK GODNESS!!! 

In this judgment free space, I will share with you some of my experiences, the good the bad and the ugly, the wins and the fails, some tools, tips and tricks and some hilarious moments courtesy of my little human. 1 in 36 children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. That is a huge jump, when compared to 20 years, when it was 1 in 200. And even though we have come a long way with technology and being able to recognize the early signs or red flags for Autism, it's important as a parent to recognize some of these signs, that you may not even have heard of. In this episode, I talk about traveling with our kiddos. Now, I'm no expert traveler and I haven't been on any long trips, but so far, I've been on road trips and short plane rides with my son. As many mamas can relate, I always feel anxious and stressed out about traveling with my son. Since he's on the spectrum, I always worry that the trip will be too much for him.
