most people live their whole life chasing happiness, and miserably failing, in this episode Zeyneb talks about how the pursuit of happiness in our modern society is a futile journey and how happiness itself is a difficult, almost unachievable goal.

this episode's theme is womanhood and the prejudice it entails, specifically from men. Zeyneb starts by talking about the blatant misogyny in famous philosophical works such as Schopenhauer's, she then talks about her own experience with misogyny and sexism, and why she thinks misogyny is a psychological issue.

zeyneb talks about the struggle of living in a society that either villainizes mental illness or doesn't acknowledge it at all. she then goes on to give her opinion about why this generation is so mentally messed up.
