The Fat Athlete

The Fat Athlete podcast focuses on the experience of larger female athletes and the struggles of finding competitors, the limitations that come with age and size, and feelings that arise from always being under-represented. I also talk about the intersectionality of being female, black, and over 40 and what lessons I have learned about myself, the world, and athletics. This podcast is for big people taking up space in places meant for small people, such as organized sports, gyms, and other competitive athletics.
