It takes a different playbook for real. You can really see the growth with his music and his visuals. Him and Ahrii think they're best friends now.

I've always admired the empire that LeBron has built with his childhood friends. That is so dope to me. We got to sit down with a real boss. Mav had me wanting to play poker so bad. When I look back on creating this podcast with my brother Ahrii, it was intended to be a safe space for people to be vulnerable, tell their story and grow. Now y'all know I like to think of myself as a modern day renaissance man. I think my guy Ben Baller could give me a run for my money. This guy has stories for days being from K-Town. I can't imagine DJing in Denzel's restaurant in front of Dr. Dre. In all seriousness though, I learned that old school Korean dads are a lot like black dads when it comes to raising kids. Come correct when you talk to this man. After all, his name is Ben Baller not Ben Humble.

When you buy kids hot wheels, they might grow up and partner with NASCAR. Start 'em young. Boy I swear if I got a scholarship offer at 9-years-old, I would've committed right then and there. I don't care what Curren$y says, I'm going to stay wrapping my cars so I don't get tired of the same paint job. C'mon and hop on this jet with a legend man.

Now I thought we were getting Jay Pharoah on the show, and don't get me wrong, we did. But this was a really dope episode because we got surprise guest appearances by Denzel Washington, T.I., 50 Cent, Shannon Sharpe, and Kevin Hart just to name a few. I also got to know the real Jared Farrow on a deeper level. Comedians are human at the end of the day. I really didn't expect to have a serious moment with this guy but he taught us the value of being authentic with your audience (shoutout Charlie Murphy), and knowing the law if you're black in America. Denzel told us Diddy needs to pay Ma$e his money!

Kyle Harrison is like the lacrosse version of MJ. You thought the euro step on the hardwood was cold, imagine seeing Kyle do that on turf! I'm a true believer that if you want your kids to get a free Ivy league education, sign them up for lacrosse. I think my favorite part of this conversation was really thinking about who my idols are outside of sports. Who are yours?

I think of music as a perfect science, but my mans SiR broke it down to me as math. When you're on the same label as someone like K.Dot, it can be hard to stand out. I love how secure SIR is in his music and how real he is about what he has going on in his personal life. I was today years old when I found out that Tupac wasn't from LA. Mind blown. Who are your Top 5 LA rappers? Because mine got annihilated today.

"Sports is a marriage that is guaranteed to end in divorce." That's a bar. There's some people that got it out the mud and then there's others who got it off the couch. My boy passed the torch in this podcast game, shout out to ThomaHawk. Kids today don't know nothin' about burning your highlights on a DVD to make an opportunity for yourself. How many 5'7 NFL receivers do you know? Hawk is the real Status Pro. Some of our years in the NFL and NBA overlapped and the social injustice hit us both hard, but we handled it completely differently. I guess "Remember the Titans" isn't the best sports movie of all time if you're a kid. No limits!

I can't imagine being an only child. When you compare being a father to winning a NBA championship or Dancing With The Stars, I feel like there's no real comparison. Being a girl dad is the best feeling in the world, let me tell you. I give much respect to someone who can admit their faults. We're all just a work in progress.

This man Al Harrington is a legend. The color purp, Viola is big business. What if a small collective of NBA players started their own bank? You get a bag, you get a bag, we all get a bag. I promise you the "We Believe" Warriors were like that. Dude told us a crazy story of Stak jumping off couches in the club. Aye man, one of these NBA coaches almost caught my guy Al's hands. You know what's crazy? Caron Butler was really one of the highest ranked recruits out of high school and had his house raided at the same time. The 180 he did was for his kids and I respect it. Boy, we had a time in Israel. French fries and PJs. I promise you, you have not had that REAL work until you've blacked out with Kobe.

Nick Young or Swaggy P, which one is showing up for his first celebrity boxing match? We have mutual respect because we are the real NBA corner boys. It's crazy, how disrespectful my guy is when it comes to Chicago, but I'm going to show him the real Chi one of these days. I had never heard of a wine bath until I got to New York. We don't follow trends, we shop at thrift stores.

My boy CeeLo came through and dropped some real gems and crazy stories on me and my brother Ahrii. The best music is meant to be misunderstood. Sweet dreams are made of fears in Hollyweird. I think my mans style started even earlier than mine. He really used to pull up to kindergarten in suits with a pocket bible and an iron pipe. Life is all about the peaks and valleys like an EKG!

Only a Chicago kid could sneak into a comedy club pretending to be the cleanup crew and wind up on stage. You know you've made it in Hollywood when you no longer have to audition.
