10 Easy Ways to Build Stamina, Joyfully,  in Any Learning Space Let’s Talk, Teacher to Teacher about stamina. Following the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic we see how much our children are struggling. This struggle is all over the news. Our students are highly distracted, very emotional, and most of all - they lack significant stamina to learn effectively. Stamina includes motivation, endurance, and other critical skills for self control that are needed to complete a task without frustration or fatigue. With over 20 years of teaching experience I have honestly begun to refill my own teaching toolbox. Even though I have taught in Title 1 schools and have worked with diverse students for many years I am finding that current student needs are not being met with research and best practices that have been shared before the pandemic. And I continue to talk with many other educators and administrators with the same concerns.  So, I want to share with you the tools and practices that I have been using with hopes that you will be able to better meet the needs of your students. You can download a FREE PDF @ www.ginapepin.com Support the show
