Wills No Trust Episode One

Episode 4 brings us all up to date, with the death of the family matriarch, and the ongoing efforts of Faith, Hope and Charity to hide assets, and force their two sisters to retain an attorney to uncover the truth hidden behind a web of secrets. You know what they say. You can't take it with you, but with children like this, they wouldn't let you even if you could. Time for the lawyers to sort out this mess.

In Episode Three, we examine the roots of elder abuse, and how it begins by entrusting all control of finances and life decisions into the hands of an adult child who may be unworthy of the trust. We then look at the financial shell game that is still going on, in which a lifetime of savings has done a vanishing act following the death of the father of this clan of villains and victims...will they fight back, or let the fraud go unanswered?

Wills No Trust is a multi-episode podcast chronicling the destruction of a family as, one by one, the elderly parents, aunts and uncles die off and leave, instead of a legacy of love and fond memories, a free for all, where siblings lie, cheat, steal, even commit forgery, as they fight over every nickel, grabbing everything that's not nailed down, and hide assets from each other. Based on a true ongoing story of a family ripped in half with allegations of fraud and deceit following the deaths of the three Elders, as lifetime savings and inheritances have disappeared or have been transferred to some sibling by ailing, now deceased parents.
