From the early days of psychotherapy there have been differing beliefs on what approach offers the best support for clients seeking help. While the Modalities themselves differ from the early days of Psychotherapy, the argument remains. But why do we have to choose? There are a few certainties in the life of a clinician: frustration with insurance, no shows, having to scramble to fit in a bathroom break, and treatment planning.
