Today we are talking about how to age better in all areas of our lives through prevention so that we can be Fit at 50, Sexy at 70 and Nimble at 90. My guest is Richard W. Besdine, MD,  a physician, geriatrician and scientist. He has devoted his career to the well-being of older adults, working in universities and the Federal Government.  He is currently a Professor of Medicine and Professor of Health Services Policy and Practice at Brown University, devoting his time to teaching, research and mentoring.  
Today we are talking about how Virtual (VR) can  better the lives of older adults by reducing loneliness, improving mental health and allowing them to travel without needing to leave the comfort of their home. My guest is Jackie Carroll, CEO of GIAH – Genie in a Headset. She has seven years  of experience cultivating strong relationships with world’s leading self-development thought leaders.
