Many of us turned back the clocks this weekend, to "Fall behind" and return to standard time. Hi there, I’m Jennifer Antkowiak, It’s time to take care of YOU! And every week, on the Take Care Tips podcast I will inspire you to do just that.   The Take Care Tips podcast will bring you real-life, self-care strategies that you can use to take care of yourself while you’re taking care of others.  Many of us care for others to the point that we end up putting our own health and well-being on the back burner.  Little by little, we lose ourselves, and end up feeling exhausted, frustrated, and stressed.  Through my own journey as a family caregiver, and mom of five – turned self-care coach and wellness advocate, I’ve learned that it’s possible to feel stronger, happier, and healthier again.  You might feel like there are many barriers to self-care---but we’ll work on busting through them.
