Despite the close relationship with Earth,  Luna maintains a semblance of their own  sovereignty. Because of this the exiles and forgotten of  Earth have turned what could have been a  true expansion into the unknown, into a  colony of crime. With no unified legal force, or reliable source of news, Cyprus takes it upon themselves to bring attention to the issues  that plague their moon, the largest of which  is the string of murders nobody seems to talk about.
