Happy Mother's Day!  On this solo episode of Guided, Lindsay shares her reflections on some recent life experiences that have helped her to fortify her own practices in mothering herself. While many of us know that having needs does not make us needy, it makes us human, we don't act in ways that truly support those needs.  We don't put ourselves in the equation of our own lives.  We find ourselves in codependent relationships that can leave us feeling depleted or resentful and often times we are simply too busy to put ourselves on our own priority lists. In this episode, Lindsay discusses some of the feminine energies that everyone embodies, regardless of gender identity, that can help you to unleash your own Divine Mother within.Connect with Lindsay Morlock:WebsiteFind me on Instagram: @lindsay_morlockConnect on Facebook: @guidancebylindsayP.S. Happy Mercury Retrograde!  Spirit has been asking me to assess where my mind continues to run the show, robbing me of my peace and my balance in the process.  It has been eye opening to notice that personal relationships and decisions that I make that are out of integrity with who I truly am are generally the culprit. In this episode, you'll find my musings on this topic and one remedy to help you more easily navigate through it.You can find more information about the Breathwork Series on Shame Here.Connect with Lindsay Morlock:WebsiteFind me on Instagram: @lindsay_morlockConnect on Facebook: @guidancebylindsayP.S. In this solo episode, Lindsay dives into her personal learning around the virtue of patience.  On our spiritual paths, we often feel a lack of acceptance about where we are, where others are and how we relate to this often tests our patience. We want to manifest our creations at a pace that is faster than we are ready for.  We want circumstances to unfold differently than they do.  We want people to show up in a certain way.  Through it all, our patience is often tested.  But learning patience is also a practice of trust and surrender in the Spirit world.  Listen to this episode to learning more about how the different seasons in your own life can help remind you about how to practice patience.Connect with Lindsay Morlock:WebsiteFind me on Instagram: @lindsay_morlockConnect on Facebook: @guidancebylindsayP.S. Amanda Stoker began her career as an esthetician. Her passion for people and commitment to living a life of excellence has evolved her career from esthetics, to yoga, CrossFit, energy work, to mindset coaching. Her career path developed from a genuine love for people and wanting to know how we all heal mentally, physically, and emotionally. She takes the knowledge she has learned from years of study (yoga, reiki, partnering with archangels and deities, etc.) and applies them to her work, offering a variety of healing modalities in a tranquil environment. Throughout her career as an esthetician, her genuine love for others combined with her interest in skin care and how to heal the skin expanded to wanting to know how to heal the physical body as well as the energy body, which continued the evolution of her career into Mindset Coaching. In 2020, she began writing a memoir/handbook on how she developed mental toughness and emotional intelligence with a step-by- step guide for the reader. Train the Mind, Heal the Heart was published in April of 2022. She utilizes the book with clients to teach them how to overcome their challenges based on this approach. In this episode, Amanda and Lindsay were truly guided by the Spirit world to demonstrate for the audience what it means to truly walk your talk.  Not only was Spirit giving us a strong message in this episode about what it means to process emotions around being fully seen, the Spirit world also challenged us both to flow, trust and ensure that we were both aligned before the content was ever released.  We were challenged to walk our talk, stay in our integrity and the result that emerged is this beautiful experience that Amanda so transparently shares. In addition to the ride this episode will take you on, we also covered:Amanda's religious upbringing as a Mormon and how she has now come to understand God.How a dream served as a catalyst for a major awakeningHow physical movement, and mind training played a key role in her evolutionary process. Her journey with alcohol use and how it led her to her own healingHow repressed memories of childhood sexual abuse surfaced and led her down a path of healing and to a newfound sense of purposeDuality and the pain-pleasure cycleHow she's navigating feelings of rejection in her lifeThe process of book writing being a total miracleAnd much more! Please do listen until the end as Amanda also blesses us with a beautiful guided meditation!Amanda's WebsiteAmanda's Book: Train the Mind, Heal the HeartInstagram: @yomo_skin AND @amandalstokerConnect with Lindsay Morlock:WebsiteFind me on Instagram: @lindsay_morlockConnect on Facebook: @guidancebylindsayP.S.
