On a recent trip to Port Aransas, Mia and Adrienne had the pleasure of interviewing Kaisen, a Corpus Christi Yogi, Acro Yoga lover and Parkour enthusiast. Kaisen's journey to Yoga started while practicing Parkour and braving the frigid weather in Ohio.
