One current and two former college athletes discuss the psychological side of sports. Meet former volleyball player Samantha Rico and former basketball teammates Kyla McMinn and Jazra Williams as they aim to give struggling athletes a voice and an outlet and try to raise awareness and end the stigma around mental health.
