Our goal with this podcast is to explore a range of topics related to Health, Common Injuries, Athletic Performance, Injury Rehab, Pre & Post Pregnancy and much much more!Over the course of this podcast, we will be bringing on a variety of guests who are experts in their fields and some sporting legends too. We will be discussing everything from low back pain and musculoskeletal injuries to Women's Health conditions to Breath work for Athletic performance and everything in between!In addition to exploring these topics, we also want to create a community around this podcast.
