Does the thought of turning 30 make you want fight someone? Or make you want to work towards a doctorate in some type of science that will help you freeze time ? Yeah, same. But we are here to tell you that you that 30 is not the end- it's the beginning of something really cool. While sharing our personal experiences and thoughts on the transition to this new decade of life, we talk about the anxieties stemmed from the expectations placed on a milestone age, while also embracing the opportunity to reflect on our past and plan for the future. If turning 30 is keeping you from enjoying life to the fullest, here are some tips to help change how you look at getting another year older:Don't link your life goals to an age. Instead of "I need to have this done by the time I am 30..." say "I would like to meet this goal in the next couple years."Avoid comparing your life milestones to other generations timelines. Reject social norms regarding expectations to get married or have children.Reflect on what might be causing you to not embrace the three-o.EMBRACE THAT $HIT! 30 is beautiful, and so are you.Positive aging content creators:https://almost30.com/@baddiewinkle on InstagramThank you for listening to We've Got It All Wrong!
