I'm Michelle Allen. I'm a writer, producer and creative consultant and I'm aka the Infinite Upstart! 

I'm also the Co-founder of Ironclad Creative, a Community Interest Company that aims to support writers & theatre-makers in the business of making art! 

As you may have already guessed, I'm wildly neurodivergent and so need a lot of rest. Resting and shifting away from hustle is something I've had a love hate relationship with for a while - and believe me, resting is hard when your neurodivergent brain wants you to do ALL THE THINGS!

Ultimately, we all know that productivity culture is no good for anyone - so I want you (and I) to slow down a little, rest in a way that works for us, and be magnificently successful AT THE SAME TIME!

This podcast will mix thought awareness tools, mindset reframing hacks and creativity prompts with practical strategy, systems and processes which will allow you to build a way of working and creating that is truly independent to you.
