Bav is the co owner of Yiannamize a group that does everything from car wrapping, prize giveaways to content production. Bav has had an illustrious career, starting out his working life in phone shops to leading a sales team selling handled mobile phone devices before he set up his first business in the recycled & refurbished mobile phone sector. A business which was featured on the Sunday time fast track 100 - numerous times. After this he has set up Yiannamize, an energy drinks business called mental energy, a marketing agency and he even found time to buy a business turning over £80 million a year called Ideal World TV which he later sold to the Frasers Group. In todays episode we are joined by the successful professional, Mike Kent, the cofounder of Kitlocker a business which provides sports and teamware across the UK. He set the company up alongside fellow cofounder Tom Ward in 2005 after meeting at the England Volleyball set up. The business which is now 18 years old, was set up during their University days in Sheffield and is now a 100 person operation, on track to achieve revenues of over £20 million.Kitlocker runs over 500 sites including some of the Oxford and Sheffield University Sports Teams whilst also holding partnerships with the likes of Nike
In this episode we are joined by Stephen Johnson the CEO of For Everyone Group. The company that consists of OEM appliances, CoolMed, Ship it Appliances and the electric Vehicle charging business, Evec. Stephen entered the family business OEM appliances in 2013 before taking the reins in 2017 and scaling the company from £3 to £50 million whilst also acquiring and starting a number of new businesses into the group. We discuss everything from his biggest challenges in taking over a family business, to future growth plans and the methods used to scale the group. 
In this episode we are joined by Aaron Solomon the cofounder and CEO of AMBL which is one of the most downloaded apps in the restaurant and food space. Aaron began the business a couple of years ago in the height of the pandemic when he saw an opportunity to help people find and book last minute venue reservations. The app has tens of thousands of users and growing at an impressive rate. We tip this app to be the next big thing. It is available for residents in London but they have ambitious plans to expand. 
In this episode we are joined by the highly successful entrepreneur, Aaron Chatterley who is one of the Co-founders of Feel Unique which he sold to Sephora in 2021 for £132 million Pounds. Aaron has a fantastic story where he shares some of the highs and lows from growing a self funded start up to one of the most recognisable brands in the beauty space which was finally acquired by Sephora. He had previously built, grew and sold a web design agency prior to starting FeelUnique Aaron has now gone on to found another beauty brand called Indu. He has found a niche in the teenage beauty market and is due to launch 2023.
In todays episode we are joined by Sonny Drinkwater the founder and CEO of WellEasy the health and wellness membership focussed online retailer established in 2021. The business has already made revenues well over £1 million pounds and has had backing from a number of angel investors including one of the founders of Made dot com. With Well Easy Members pay an annual fee to shop, similar to that of Costco and in return they get up to 35% Off RRP. The business is going from strength to strength and in this episode Josh provides some hugely valuable insights on how he has grown and scaled  his business to where it is today.

Today we are joined by serial tech entrepreneur Sean Brown who is the Co-founder and CEO of Versori a Y combinator backed technology business based in Manchester. Sean has had an eclectic career which began working on super yatchs as a scuba diving instructor. With the free time on the boat he taught himself to code which then lead him to setting up a social influencer app, which was later acquired by Manchester based Social Chain. Following on from this, Sean founded Mercarto a multi million pound turnover ecommerce SAAS platform. His latest technology business Versori - The any to any system integration platform has recently been backed by Y Combinator. 
Today we are joined by serial tech entrepreneur Anthony Rose whose career spans across many sectors including 3D graphics, video streaming, and most recently, legal technology.Anthony was responsible for the the launch of BBC iPlayer, for which Wired UK named him "the man who saved the BBC". Anthony lead the team from 2007 until 2010, taking the BBC iPlayer from pre-launch to successSince leaving the BBC Anthony has founded numerous companies. Including Beamly which he sold to COTY in 2015 and 6Tribes which he sold to the TopGear in 2016. Anthony is currently the co-founder and CEO of SeedLegals, the world’s first legal automation platform for startup funding. SeedLegals is now the largest closer of funding rounds in the UK.
