But not all riders were so lucky – and that might tell us some very interesting things about the season ahead. The average brain weighs between 1.3 and 1.4 kg. Those 3 pounds of fleshy mass contain every memory, thought or feeling you'll ever experience. No new race this week, but we've got plenty to talk about as we gear up for Portugal.  Mat says his goodbyes to the late Gary Taylor, former Suzuki team manager, and Peter explains why not all lessons learned at Qatar are applicable to the rest of the season. That said, one thing that probably will carry over to the next race are the ambitions of Pedro Acosta. Last week, he aimed to make an impression. It's on! The first race of the MotoGP Championship 2024 has finished in Qatar, and Bagnaia bagged his first win. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, Yamaha and Honda struggle to keep up with Aprilla, KTM and Ducati. Can they keep up with this Italian competition?
