Cody Lightning is a Cree actor and filmmaker from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His new film ‘Hey, Viktor’ is a hilarious comedy filled with humour and humility. It's a followup to the 1998 Sundance award winning film called, Smoke Signals. Smoke Signals was unique because it was one of the first movies ever made with an entirely indigenous cast crew and director.
