What a day for a daydream. How high are your expectations of people, or in life, overall? In this episode I share how our disappointments are correlated to the height of our expectations. Note: I made reference to a skit titled "Lowered Expectations" and attributed it to In Living Color but it was actually MADtv. I was correct about it being from the 90s, though.

There's so much truth to the old song, "what a difference a day makes." Yesterday's episode touched on how challenging it can be to hold it all together while everything is falling apart. Then THIS! Life can be lifin' for sure!

The main key to any self improvement is to be open. Be open to the possibilities. The possibility that there is more to life than what you know. The possibility that there are ideologies that you may hold onto that are not advantageous.
