Hi, I’m Jennifer—a wife, mom of three active boys, and certified women’s nutrition and mindset coach. I spent years stuck in the same exhausting cycle: dieting during the week, binging on weekends, cutting out all my favorite foods, and feeling like a failure when I couldn’t stick to it.


I tried all the quick fixes: low calorie diets, skipping meals, avoiding “bad” foods… but all it did was leave me overwhelmed, hungry, and constantly thinking about food. With a full plate at work and home, I didn’t need another complicated plan. I needed something simple. That’s when I found a different way—one rooted in flexibility, not restriction. I learned how to use macros as a sustainable tool to fuel my body and shift my mindset around food. No more labeling food “good” or “bad.” No more guilt. No more obsessing or starting over. Now, I help other women do the same.
