Some very controversial discussion here. I don't agree with a lot of it but it's just a collection of opinions. That's all. Nothing more. As challenging as this time of testing is, it's beginning to reveal whether the global church, in 2020, is actually living up to the faith it professes in Christ Jesus. Or is it actually, in some ways, more interested in entertainment and opiating of the masses than celebrating the life of Jesus Christ?
Thank you, Pastor Hal, for your message today. Loving Jesus is something I always think I can do better at, yet reminding myself that He loves me is what counts more than this.
Thank you for your teaching today. It's true that we as people have it backwards sometimes. It's not about SEEING a move of God before we'll believe in His supremacy, but about learning to believe, over time, in His supremacy FIRST in order to see Him work in our lives. 2 Cor 5v7
Thank you for your biblical teaching today, Pastor. Let us remember that though other people may have hurt us, Jesus Christ is our "ever present Help" (Psalm 46 v 1) to impart His life through our difficulties in relationships. Only when we allow God's life to flow through us will we ever hope to live through Him before we go to eternity.
I am a first time listener from the UK and I just wanted to thank you for your sermon today. Let us be seeking God as the Truth in this world where we're often encouraged to do life OUR way instead of following after God and HIS precepts.
