hi, it's three years that i'm doing yoga and I'm doing also a lot of sport (now crossfit and pole dance) and I suggest you to give to yoga another chance on mobility, because I have really to thanks yoga for my mobility, would be a piece of wood if wouldn't do it. but you should absolutelly try power or vinyasa yoga not hata 😉❤
