as an ESTJ I thank you for the great information you provide I've learned a lot about myself during 2 years of listening to your pocast. but I must admit ESTJ type is one of the most underrated personality type in this podcast, they have imaginations, vision ... they might not be all into doing, are respectful to others but still an ESTJ. please evaluate these aspects of our personality to help people know us better.
thank you
Hey.Guys...I am Ermias From Ethiopia. i am one of your audience benefited from contents. And I am 23years old and INFJ. and when i did an personal assessment test, results shows the top colors were red, green, blue and yellow as summation of scores show. and my personal mentor that red(executor) and green (harmony) usually doesn't come as top two results of the test. But after seeing my life in retrospect it really is compatible. As INFJ all my life tring feeling other people feeling, to correct and adjust injustice people make on other silent or passive people who don't stand for them selves. i tried to be voice for their unconsidered feelings, and worth. But at work i am struggling to balance an leader on my team to be an executor, as leader and make smooth, or harmonious environment. I think people don't give value a leader who tries to go on followers level of feeling. And I hate to act as bossy person to lead but some people take that to take advantage and question my legitimacy
So interesting. I feel like I want to write a novel about this! lol I know I'm an ENP 100%. I'm struggling with the F and T. I wonder, sometimes, if the extroverted intuition is just such a...BIG part of me/us enps, that figuring out the subtly of the copilot vs 10 year old more difficult, I feel like alot of explanations of entp vs enfp is So full of Ne it can't be hard to sus out the rest. Its definitely become harder, in some ways, as I've studied deeper and deeper into typing. Enp seeing all those possibilities?! I also agree that relying on stereo types just Can't work. As an enfp I "should be" permiscius and have trouble committing (according to stereotypes) but Nope. As an enfp I "should be" arguing constantly and purposely trying to get into debates with everyone (again stereotype) but also Nope. My parents and closest sister are all FJs of some sort, so I think that effected Alot for me, when I made a reasonable point they didnt like, I needed to " think about your sisters fee
lol internet research, a Ton of books, and cheap field trips with my homeschooled kids is how I fulfill my enp-ness. I have travelled before kids, and YES! But with 5 munchkins, and ridiculous covid travel restrictions, any travel is kinda out right now. :/
I totally resonate with this, especially the "what was to original question?"
✨ This podcast COMPLETELY resonated with me! I have been doing inner work for years now, and it has been a bumpy, sometimes ugly and hard journey! And like you mentioned - as an ENFJ, an unrewarded experience 😂💯 (that comment struck a chord with my soul)… It is exciting to see that I have made gains via this podcast because so many lightbulbs went off as you were talking. I am SO grateful I found this channel, thank you for helping me work towards my beautiful essence ☀️
This was a great description of ISFPs! I might need to go back and re-listen.
I want to know if you can learn to mask enough that you come across more enfp than entp? I'm...bothered that I havent been able to figure out between the 2. The decision making processes are technically so different, but i feel like conversations tie the Ne with the judging functions alot which kind of...smears it together for me? Listening to this, the trouble with the feminine is So accurate (becoming a mom did help with this) to me. And the learning to keep my mouth shut (lost some F based friends as a teen cause I....struggled with the emotional stuff? not sure that makes sense, I was maybe ..cold about the issue). When I read about how each type parents I'm very much entp. But I also don't jump into debates, or get very confrontational (anymore), which I've been told (by my intj friend) means there's no way I'm a Ti. :) I need to get into a course or something so I can ask the 9 billion or so questions I have.
If there is a problem, I'm the problem...
Hey PH, the source for this is broken. It's the same for a few podcasts.
Hey, it's almost two weeks since your last episode. Please come back, I've been waiting for the next episode (I hope it will be about Ti as a 6th function). I hope you're doing well and in good health, love your podcast. Keep up!
I love their comment “would you rather be right out would you rather be happy?” This harks back to a quote by Wayne Dyer “would you rather be right or would you rather be kind?” When I first heard that, it instantly changed my perspective and I started looking at the ego in a whole different way. I’ve tried to explain that to my 12-year-old kids when they are arguing and their egos are clearly taking over. I don’t know that they ever fully understood the meaning before. But changing “kind” to “happy” - while in essence all boils down to the same thing - I think it’s something that they can before easily comprehend.
AMAZING 2 PART PRESENTATION!
Awesome podcast! Would love another one on the Graves model.
