We met Rosie von Lila at the Conference anno 2015. A highly experienced individual working for the greater good with the tools we already have. – My job on this planet is to be a voice for hope and reason, meaning I'm here to be an advocate saying that we have the solutions that we need, the tools and technology are out there. It is now easier to connect, easier to organise than ever before.
We had a chat with Sabrina Majeed, product design manager at Buzzfeed. A great soul with many interesting things to say. – One of the reasons I joined Buzzfeed is cuz I think they're really good at highlighting voices that people don't hear from normally so I like designing products, I like help elevate those voices even further.

Cindy Gallop believes we can all make the world a better place through micro actions. One of her start ups Make Love Not Porn is trying to change the business of sex. This is the second time I’ve had the chance to listen to Cindy Gallop’s thoughts about the world. And just as last time I leave her talk with a boost of energy and new ideas of what’s next. In her talk at Webbdagarna in Stockholm she emphasizes the importance of sleep. If you want to be the best at what you do, make sure to get enough sleep. One of her initiatives Make Love Not Porn is a controversial video sharing site with sex videos made by your average citizen. She started this project when she realized that young people didn’t learn about sex through sex education, but rather from porn. This creates a false narrative of how the real sexual world really works. She explains the tagline of Make Love Not Porn as ”pro sex, pro porn, pro know the difference”. By making it easier to talk about sex, she wants to create a more equal and open world. What I like most with her talks is the way she’s constantly enabling every persons ability to change the world – and how she stresses that we must do it in a gender equal way. Her other startup IfWeRanTheWorld is a project to encourage people and businesses to turn good intentions into actions. She talks about micro actions, and getting things done. How can we, as persons, change the world? All the small things together can create a revolution. Full transcript: http://matter.se/cyndi-gallop-clear-vision-do-good-porn-make-money-repeat
In his Twitter bio Lukas Kircher describes himself like this: ”Entrepreneur, Digital Stratego, Designer, Journalist, Austrian. Founder of Germanys largest Content Marketing Agency http://www.KircherBurkhardt.com. We met this humble and great guy at the International Content Marketing Awards in London, where his agency was nominated for their work with Volkswagen’s Das Auto Magazine. – Obviously, we are in the middle of a complete disruption in the agency sector, so there is almost nothing we can’t do better than the way we do it now, he says in our 5 MINUTE chat.
Rok Pulevic is the CEO of Edition Digital in Ljubljana, Slovenia, who has created a platform for digital publishing, that helps making digital magazines more animated, interactive and engaging. Edition Digital’s tool was used by agencies in seven of the nominated entries at the 2014 International Content Marketing Awards, so they must be doing just about everything right. – Content marketing is nothing new but new possibilities has appeared through the development of internet and tablets. A print magazine is one thing. On a computer or tablet you ask for something else, Rok Pulevic says when we placed him in front of our interview mic for a chat.
After formative years as a Product Developer at Google and Facebook, Paul Adams now pours his energy into the Dublin based startup and the task of making internet business personal. – In real life we have our best customer experiences at local cafés or bars where people are talking to people. This kind of personalized experience can permeate all the way up to big, global chains with Nike’s Niketown or Apple Stores. However, the way internet businesses communicate with their customers is pretty impersonal today. We think that the world can be a much better place if internet business was a lot more like real life business. Kunle Oguneye is head of product and program management at konga.com, a Nigerian online shopping website. He talks about the internet of things, and how to seamlessly create the connections – how will the repair department know when the light bulbs in the lamp posts need to be repaired, and how do we know that garbage will be picked up at a certain location?
