Thank you for downloading episode fifteen. This is the third of four performances of a live score to the 1960 cult classic film House of Usher by Roger Corman. Recorded on October 29th in 2011 featuring Dave Dreiwitz on Bass, Andy Borger on Drums, Marco Benevento on piano, and starring Mark Damon as Philip Winthrop, Myrna Fahey as Madeline Usher, Harry Ellerbe as Bristol, and of course Vincent Price as Roderick Usher.
Thank you for downloading episode fourteen. Here is a set from a band I miss very much. I was achieving some older multitrack files and decided this would be a good one to dust off and mix for the show. It was a nice trip down memory lane to immerse myself into this set for a few days. The recording was somewhat flawed but I think I whipped it into shape enough to share. It’s a nice snapshot of a turning point in this bands career. I hope you enjoy. This is the full show from The Benevento/Russo Duo playing at the Paradise Lounge in Boston, MA on January 20 in 2004. Featuring Joe Russo on drums, Marco Benevento on Organ and Wurlitzer Electric Piano and a sit in by Saxophonist Sam Kininger.
Thank you for downloading episode thirteen. I’ve been busy lately and decided to use this recent recording that was essentially already ready to share. Also since the acoustic set I used for episode five, I’ve wanted to also let you hear the band playing a regular electric set. So here is a recently quickly mixed multitrack recording. This is set two from Consider The Source playing at The Main Pub in Manchester, CT on July 26 in 2014. Featuring Jeff Mann on drums, John Ferrara on bass, and Gabriel Marin on guitar. Enjoy!

Thank you for downloading episode eleven. This was the first time I witnessed the awesomeness of Apollo Sunshine. One of my favorite bands. It's a four channel recording I recently mixed and mastered from the original recording. It's an upgrade to the previously circulated version. Opening for The Slip at Lupo's at the Strand in Providence, RI. Recorded on December 28th in 2006. Featuring Sean Aylward, Jeremy Black, Jesse Gallagher, and Sam Cohen. This is Apollo Sunshine.
Thank you for downloading episode ten. This a concert I had recorded in 2006 and finally did a quick mix for this episode. This was a five channel recording and I lost the first song from a laptop crash. It's been omitted from this recording. The Walkmen broke up last year and the singer recently started a solo career. This was the only time I had recorded The Walkmen and this is the first time the recording has been heard. The recording was a bit flawed so I was in no hurry to work on it. Stumbling on it recently I thought I would get it out there. Enjoy!
Thank you for downloading episode nine. This is a concert I had recorded a couple of years ago. This show was multi tracked and mixed and mastered shortly thereafter. The Main Pub is a small restaurant/bar/club that brings in some great musicians. It was a real pleasure to be able to watch these guys play from a few feet away. I hope you feel the same intimacy through this recording.

Welcome and thank you for checking out the long overdue first episode of my show. This is sort of a soft launch. This pilot episode is very simple. One thing I've learned already is that as much as I love recording, I'm not so big on recording myself speaking. Maybe I will overcome that. The format will evolve over time I'm sure. Don't hesitate to chime in with feedback and comments. Without further ado, please enjoy!
