this is one of the most educational podcasts I have listened to about protein synthesis thank you I had one question he was saying optimal amount was between 1.5 and 1.6 grams of protein I think that was per kilo of body weight, but is that the correct assessment. thank you for everything you do for us Listeners Layne.
