Get ready to reflect and take a few tips with you to raise cultural awareness at your corporation!
If you're a professional at a top level position with years of experience, Signe's expertise on the impact of culture (yours, at work, and the country you leave in) will bring some memories from your early days. Or maybe memories from last week when a colleague from a culture you are just getting to learn about did something you did not quite understand.
And if you've just been promoted to an executive role, then you're in the right place to get started on the right foot! Yes, we're learning it can get pretty lonely carrying out your work activities on top of what already might be confusing and interesting to explore when working in an international environment; cultural differences and (mis)perceptions.
👉Signe Biering is an executive coach from Denmark 🇩🇰, passionate about leadership and in her work she advises organisations on how to unravel and explore leadership tapping into its connection with culture and diversity. For the past 3 years, she’s been working on a research project called Project Onboard Denmark in partnership with the University of Copenhagen, The Danish Industry, Copenhagen Capacity, and diversity expert Poornima Luthra.

Are you feeling out of focus?
Have you ever heard of Practicing Presence?
In this special episode, Rita talks to Chillie Barnkob, a Senior Advisor at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) who's also a Master Instruction on Mindfulness and Meditation.
In Chillie's own words...
"My own transition into being more aware and present in my own life has brought me far in terms of trying out different practices, training, education and most of all the real time life experiences and crisis etc. that have brought me insights and experiences into the human life experience. I have experienced and I still do – how practicing presence and being more aware and awake can change even the most difficult situations into something that is more ”workable” and supportive leading towards more inner balance and resilience."
