In this episode, we discuss ways to more effectively achieve your goals in life.
Life is a journey, but life is also a project that you are responsible for managing in this episode. We take a look at the reflection process and you can consider taking for the month of May and future months using your calendar to see what you worked on and how well it align with your goals and if you don’t have goals to choose to set some for the next month, so rather than self chastisement and self condemnation and self judgment, which says what you should’ve could’ve done focus on what you can do and the future.
