Hi guys welcome back to another season of Colorado health coach! I decided to introduce two new segments for the season and I hope you all enjoy as usual there will be a dozen episodes per season so strap in and enjoy!
I know it can be frustrating when trying to lost weight and the feeling of hunger rarely sets in. This can be due to an number of factors. Factors which we will be discussing during this episode! In addition to the main topic, we will be touching on the latest health trend on TikTok, WaterTok. Water is a topic we will be discussing HEAVILY in this episode, so strap in. The Mint Moscow Mule, we talk about during the segment 'Cheers To Your Health", is the perfect refreshing summer drink for your 2023 summer activities! The ingredients for the mule are: vodka, mint, lime juice, sugar cubes, ginger-beer and ice. The steps to make this drink are: In a copper mug, put in the sugar cube, squeeze the lime with a citrus squeezer straight into the mug. Muddle the combined ingredients gently for about 5 seconds. Add the mint leaves and give it two twists on the muddler.  Measure the vodka and ginger beer using a jigger and pour them into the copper mug.  Stir gently the contents using a bar spoon. Then, add in the crushed ice all the way to the top of the mug.  Finally, garnish it with a sprig of mint leaves.

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan Ingredients: - 1 cup of vodka - 1/2 cup of orange liqueur - 1/2 cup cranberry juice - 1/4 cup of pomegranate juice - 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients into pitcher. 2. Pour liquid into shaker filled with ice, shake until cocktail is nicely chilled (about 30 seconds). 3. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Hello Everybody! Welcome to an all new season of Colorado Health Coach, with new segments and new topics. One of the segments is called, “Cheers To Your Health.” In this segments, I will be discussing the health benefits from certain cocktails regarding their ingredients. In this episode the cocktail of choice is a Kombucha Margarita. The ingredient list consists of: salt for the rim, 3 oz. of tequila, 2 oz. triple sec or Cointreau, 3 oz. fresh lime juice. (2-3 limes), 6 oz. plain kombucha or your choice of flavor. Please remember to drink responsibly and stay hydrated!
